"I write to tell you of the fine work done by your crews installing a new furnace for me this week. My furnace died Sunday morning and I called your office early Monday. There was a crew here by 10 to confirm my armature diagnosis: the furnace was beyone economical repair. The new furnace and installation crew arrived shortly after lunch and we had heat by 4:00 with a temporary connection to the return duct because of conflict created by the flue and the location of the filter on the new unit. Wednesday morning, as promised, another crew arrived, quickly saw the problem, determined the solution and implemented it. The result is a thorough workmanship installation with a much better access to the filter than I had with the old furnace. Thanks for a job well done."
